Voi incerca sa fiu obiectiv...in masura in care nu voi fi realmente enervat. In acest caz voi renunta la obiectivitate si voi fi "mean and evil"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Week endul meu a inceput joi, ca asa este trendul mai nou. Am evitat petrecerea 24 FUN si am ajuns la Dada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Cautam un loc linistit, frumos, relaxat si departe de vuietul orasului pentru a vorbi cu o fata frumoasa, inteligenta si fermecatoare. Punct ochit - punct lovit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Am dat telefon relativ tarziu si am facut rezervare...cand am ajuns totul a mers perfect. Exectam un morcov in acelasi mod...si punem la calit cu putin dar putin ulei de masline. sare si piper, putin cibru sau busuioc, poate si niste tarhon. Telina si morcovul nu trebuie sa fie overcooked...sa-si pastreze consistenta proaspata dar sa fie putin suculente. La alegere putem pune si ceapa verde sau/si usturoi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;punem pastele la fiert. va rog sa folositi paste bune...barilla sau emiliano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;dupa ce le-am fiert pe paste le punem putin ulei de masline sau unt, radem niste parmezan si punem 5-6 frunze de busuioc proaspat taiat fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Dupa ce legumele au fost calite...le amestecam cu pastele mai punem niste (1-2)rosii proasptete taiete felii si niste ciuperci (1-2) fff proaspete taiate tot felii.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Mai punem busuioc si parmezan...si servim relativ rece dar foarte rece ca se intaresc pastele.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;- MAC!!!! mai este bere in frigider?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;- Mama e numai una!!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;hahaha ce-mi place bancul asta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Stay green! lasa legumele sa se raceasca pret de un pipon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;se face un dressing de salata: jumate de capatana de ustoroi curatat si zdrobit, sare, o lingurita de mustar de Dijon, se amesteca bine pana de face o pasta, se adauga ulei de masline si otet balsamic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;apoi se spala si se curata andivele&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;se taie somonul fasii lungi si delicate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;se adauga capere si felii subtiri de lime si busuioc proaspat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;si gata salata...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Germania a marcat in ultimul minut impotriva Poloniei...ce meci de cacat...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Si pentru ca sunt un exhibitionist convins o sa prezint si distributia de Ciudat animal girafa asta...parca vine dintr-o poveste de Urmuz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Pentru o portie buna de limba cu masline ai nevoie de calm si de limba...caci fiecare limba pre limba ei piere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;La apusul soarelui in ziua solstitiului cauta limba...de vaca sau de porc...recomand fetelor limba de porc si baietilor limba de vaca...doar pentru simetrie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;limba astfel obtinuta se spala si se curata de partile inestetice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;se pune la oparit dupa care se lasa la fiert 2 ore la foc incet alaturi de morcov, ceapa, telina, sare piper. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Dupa ce am fiert bine limba...o curatam sau o despielitam. Apoi intr-o tigaie sau cratita facem un sos (ceapa prajita incet, putin faina, 2 foi de dafin, ciuperci taite marunt, rosi tocate marunt si limba taiata felii, un pahar serios de vin alb si sec si zeama in care a fiert limba) care fierbe pret de 30 de minute foc incet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;In timp ce sosul se bucura de caldura punem maslinele la fiert...le scurgem si le adaugam in sosul cel mare, rosu si frumos. Adaugam 5-6 felii subtiri de lamaie si apoi lasam la racit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;servim rece...pe un platou...langa Urmuz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;cititi si savurati o portie de limba cu masline:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;ISMAIL SI TURNAVITU&lt;br /&gt;Ismail este compus din ochi, favoriti si rochie si se gaseste astazi cu foarte mare greutate. Înainte vreme crestea si în Gradina Botanica, iar mai târziu, gratie progresului stiintei moderne, s-a reusit sa se fabrice unul pe cale chimica, prin syntheza.Ismail nu umbla niciodata singur.Poate fi gasit însa pe la ora cinci si jumatate dimineata, ratacind în zig-zag pe strada Arionoaiei,însotit fiind de un viezure de care se afla strâns legat cu odgon de vapor si pe care în timpul noptii îl manânca crud si viu, dupa ce mai întâi i-a rupt urechile si a stors pe el putina lamâieAlti viezuri mai cultiva Ismail în o pepiniera situata în fundul unei gropi din Dobrogea, unde îi întretine pâna ce au împlinit vârsta de 16 ani si au capatat forme mai pline, când, la adapost de orice raspundere penala , îi necinsteste rând pe rand si fara pic de mustrare de cuget.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cea mai mare parte din an, Ismail nu se stie unde locuieste. Se crede ca sta conservat într-un borcan situat în podul locuintei iubitului sau tata, un batrân simpatic cu nasul tras la presa si împrejmuit cu un mic gard de nuiele. Acesta, din prea multa dragoste parinteasca se zice ca îl tine astfel sechestrat pentru a-l feri de piscaturile albinelor si de coruptia moravurilor noastre electorale. Totusi, Ismail reuseste sa scape de acolo câte trei luni pe an, în timpul iernii, când cea mai mare placere a lui este sa se îmbrace cu o rochie de gala facuta dintr-o stofa de macat de pat cu flori mari caramizii si apoi sa se agate de grinzi pe la diferite binale, în ziua când se serbeaza tencuitul, cu scopul unic de a fi oferit de proprietar ca reconpensa si împartit la lucratori. În acest mod sperä el ca va contribui într-o însemnata masura la rezolvarea chestiunii muncitoresti.&lt;br /&gt;Ismail primeste si audiente însă numai în vârful dealului de lângă pepiniera cu viezuri. Sute do solicitatori de posturi, ajutoare beneficiar de lemne sunt mai întâii introdusi sub un abajur urias, unde sunt obligati sa-i cloceasca fiecare câte patru oua. Sunt apoi suiti în câte un vagonet de gunoi de-al primariei si carati cu o iuteala vertiginoasa pâna sus. Iar Ismail, unul dintre prietenii acestui, care îi servea si de salam, numit Turnavitu personaj ciudat, care, în tirnpul ascensiunii, are urâtul obicei de a solicita calatorilor sa i se promita corespondenta amoroasa, contrar amenintând cu rasturnarea.Turnavitu nu a fost multa vreme decât un simplu ventilator pe la diferite cafenele murdare, grecesti, de pe strada Covaci si Gabroveni. Nemaiputând suporta mirosul ce era silit sa-l aspire acolo, Turnavitu facu mai multa vreme politica si reusi astfel sa fie numit ventilator de stat, anume la bucataria postului de pompieri ,,Radu-Voda."La o serata dansanta facu cunostinta cu Ismail.Expunându-i acestuia mizera situatie în care a ajuns din cauza atâtor învârtituri , Ismail, inima caritabila, îl lua sub protectia sa. I se promise sa i se serveasca de îndata câte 30 de bani drept tain , singura obligatiune pentru Turnavitu fiind de a-i servi de sambelan la viezuri; asemenea, sa-i iasa înainte, în fiecare dimineata , pe strada Arionoaiei si, prefacându-se ca nu-l observa , sa calce viezurele pe coada spre a-i cere apoi mii de scuze pentru neatentie, iar pe Ismail sa-1 maguleasca pe rochie cu un pamatuf muiat în ulei de rapita urându-i prosperitate si fericireTot spre a place bunului sau prieten si protector, Turnavitu lua o data pe an forma de bidon, iar daca este umplut cu gaz pâna sus, întreprinde o calatorie îndepartata, de obicei la insulele Majorca si Minorca: rnai toate aceste calatorii se compun din dus, din spânzurarea unei sopârle de clanta usii Capitaniei portului si apoi reîntoarcerea în patrie...În una din aceste calatorii, Turnavitu, contractând un guturai nesuferit, molipsi la înapoiere, în asa hal, pe toti vierii, încât, din cauza deselor lor stranuturi Ismail nu-i mai putea avea la discretie oricum. Fu imediat concediat din serviciu.Fire afara din cale de sensibila si neputând suporta o atare mâhnire , disperat, Turnavitu isi puse atunci în aplicare funestul plan a' sinuciderii, dupa ce avu însa mai întâi grija sa îsi scoata cei patru dinti canini din gura...Înainte de moarte se razbuna grozav pe Ismail, caci, punând sa i se fure acestuia toate rochiile, cu gaz dintr-însul le dadu foc pe un maidan. Numele il voi scrie litere mici desigur pentru ca este pitic atat la stat cat si la sfat. In fiecare seara pitiul asta isi da cu parerea despre Basescu si Tariceanu si face niste comentarii foarte impertinente..."Cred ca Basescu nu a citit apus de soare pentru ca pe vapor nu se citeste apus de soare si oricum sugea o sticla de whisky pe zi". Ce legatura are sticla de whisky cu Apus de soare nu am inteles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asa ca m-am enervat si m-am gandit ca as putea sa fac un mic ritual vodoo si am hotarat sa halesc inima lui cristoiu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am luat o inima de vita...am curatat-o de parte necomestibila...vene, artere, grasime. Am spalat-o de sange. Apoi am taiat muschiul atat de curat si de pur al inimii in cubulete de 3-4 cm. In timpul asta il auzeam pe cristoiu si ma gandeam cum ar fi sa-i sectionez vena cava. Am pus bucatile de inima la marinat cu ceapa, ustoroi, sare, piper, cimbru, sos de soia si ulei de masline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi am curatat si taia felii longitudinale 2 dovelecei pe care i-am sara si piperat si i-am pus la gratar.
